Paraquat Pound
Paraquat Pound was raised a classically trained musician with 11 cumulative years of different instruments and music theory and has been behind the turntables for over 16 years. He spins nearly every genre and thinks very abstractly when it comes to mixing. From 303 acid trance like Chris Renegade, Terry Mullan, Communiqué Records and Drop Bass artists. Paraquat Pound listens to and plays a wide variety of music, he’s got a vast room of vinyl. He had a residency at the Dinkytowner twice a week for 6 years, where he dropped it hot on the regular. An accomplished scratch and hip-hop DJ, he now combines scratch artistry with Drum and Bass. The Pound likes to cook, take photos and date hot women as well. Contemporaries are Danny the Wild Child, Andy C., Diesel Boy and Freaky Flow.
